Tuneful and uplifting Kempeitai is bizarrely named after the japanese military police active during the second world war. This sounds more like the third summer of love (may it come soon!). With an eighties electro tinge Kempeitai is full of floating and interlocking arps carried forward by the crisp production and fine bass.
